SNOW!! :) and :(

I love living in Colorado because we have really defined seasons!  It always makes me feel very close to nature when we shift into the next season.  Granted, it is a bummer that my growing season is so short compared to other growing zone's.  My mother-in-law is talking about having another 5 months of growing time in northern California if the correct plants have been placed in the garden.  I can't imagine what I could do with that amount of time!

We received 6" of snow on Wednesday and yes, I took a snow day to sit by the fire with my hubby and we vegged out.  Well, he worked, I vegged and cooked!  Here is our balcony covered in cold loveliness.

I didn't protect or bring in the plants because the weather is starting to not be conducive to growing or ripening.  HOWEVER, I just couldn't do that to my tomato plant... yes, it is sitting inside (I am shaking my head too).  I realize it is probably pretty pointless, but I am giving it a go because I just can't quite let go yet!  ARGGHH.  It looks like I will be forced to let it go next week as we are supposed to get another round of snow.   I guess I will be spending some time looking for a decent green tomato recipe!  If you have one, please share!

  1. The charges of pathological gambling worldwide range between zero.8% and 1.8% . They boast a fantastic online popularity, function a section devoted to provably honest video games, and supply glorious deposit bonuses and payout times. I’d like to emphasise our objectivity whereas creating this evaluation of the highest five Bitcoin gambling sites. Each 1xbet of those casinos has a couple of flaws, but despite their imperfections, they are leagues ahead of contemporary BTC gambling venues.
